Cancellation Policy

In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend BIC 2026, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to BIC 2026 Organizer (mail to: bictsb.th@gmail.com).

 

The BIC 2026 refund policy is as follows:

​

  • Up to July 31, 2026: 70% refund

  • August 14, 2026: 50% refund

  • From August 21, 2026: No refund

​

Please be informed that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. In case the refund has to be done by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
